Job Description

As a VP/Principal in the team your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to -

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the Venture Capital space.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals in alignment with fund objectives.
• Manage relationships with portfolio companies and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor investment performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with broader business goals.
• Represent the company in industry events and build a strong network within the VC community.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/Principal should have:

• Experience - Strong deal leading experience with at least 3 years of deal leading post their associate stint. Total of 6 to 8 years of investing experience.
• Education - Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in India (IIT/BITS and/or IIM/ISB)
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
