What you'll do in the role:
- Lead the development of new ideas and/or policies
- Analyze multiple sets of information to create summaries for various stakeholders.
- Design and evolve a firmwide Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capability for continuous discovery, classification, and risk assessment of sensitive data across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
- Apply analytics and AI-driven insights to identify the most critical data risks and inform dynamic protection controls.
- Improve detection of risky user and system activity related to sensitive data access and movement
- Enable improved data sharing and signal correlation across Security, Privacy, Governance, and Compliance functions
- Define and track security effectiveness using KPIs, metrics, and data-driven reporting
- Collaborate with global engineering and security teams to deliver complex, multi-product solutions in distributed environments {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring pre-set content based on tier framework + role-specific bullets}
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in executing IT strategy, delivery and complex initiatives.
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.
- Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment.
- Experience in designing and developing complex, multi-threaded or distributed systems within large enterprise environments
- Understanding of data security, data discovery, classification, and data protection control ecosystems
- Ability to work across multiple products and platforms, using data analytics to drive architectural and risk-management decisions
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple regions and cultures
- At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
