🚀 We’re Hiring: VP of Engineering
We’re looking for a VP of Engineering to take complete ownership of our tech function and help us build the foundation for long-term scale.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a 0→1 to scale journey where you’ll define how we build, ship, and grow.
🔧 What you’ll own
- Technology vision and architecture
- Backend, frontend, and app infrastructure
- Data architecture (with Analytics)
- Engineering hiring and team structure
- Development velocity and code quality
- Platform reliability, scalability, and performance
- Security and engineering best practices
🤝 You’ll work closely with
- Growth (rapid experimentation)
- Product (fast + sustainable shipping)
- Analytics (robust data pipelines & tracking)
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
- Has engineering leadership experience
- Has built and scaled consumer products/apps
- Understands backend systems, APIs, cloud, and data frameworks
- Has experience hiring and leading teams
- Can balance speed vs long-term architecture
- Thinks with a high-ownership / founder mindset
