Position Summary
As a Front Desk Associate, you are the face of the hotel. You’ll be the first and last impression for every guest—handling check-ins, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow all brand standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
