As a VP, IAM Program Manager, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting critical IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs by coordinating cross-functionally with IAM teams, Information Security teams, and business IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Delivering against short-term and long-term strategic objectives aligned with program goals
- Identifying, tracking, and driving resolution of program issues and risks; maintaining decision logs, communication plans, and other program documentation to ensure clear audit traceability
- Engaging regularly with key stakeholders to communicate issues, risks, and decisions, and gather feedback on solutions impacting the organization
- Establishing and maintaining program metrics and evaluation methods to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure timely reporting throughout the program lifecycle
- Preparing and presenting program status reports for sponsors and leadership.
What you already have...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technology or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information
- Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large scale, cross functional project
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on information security in one or more of the following areas: IAM, security
- operations, security architecture, policy/governance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting auditors, audit inquiries and adhoc reporting Solid management skills
- Experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysis
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication (presentation) skills
- Program Management Certified (PMP) preferred
