Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior growth leader to drive customer expansion, engagement, and monetization across a consumer-facing digital platform. This role will own the full growth funnel—from acquisition and onboarding to retention and revenue optimization—while leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, analytics, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, strategic, and capable of scaling growth through experimentation and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team across lifecycle marketing, campaign management, channel operations, and product marketing.
- Retention & Engagement: Drive user growth, engagement, and repeat usage through lifecycle strategies, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
- Onboarding & Activation: Optimize onboarding journeys to improve conversion rates from install to activation and key user milestones.
- Product-Led Growth & Referrals: Scale organic acquisition through referrals, growth loops, and in-product experiences in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Lifecycle Marketing & CRM: Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across push notifications, email, and other engagement channels, leveraging segmentation and personalization.
- Growth Experimentation & Analytics: Establish and lead a high-velocity experimentation framework, using data insights to continuously optimize growth metrics.
- Performance Marketing: Own paid acquisition strategy, including channel optimization, budget allocation, and campaign performance across digital platforms.
- Metrics & OKR Ownership: Define and manage growth KPIs such as acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, analytics, marketing, and customer experience teams to drive integrated growth initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Must-Have
- 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles within consumer technology environments.
- Strong expertise across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Proven track record of scaling user growth and driving business impact through data-driven strategies.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional growth teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, and growth metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in fintech, trading, or investment platforms.
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG), referral systems, and viral growth mechanisms.
- Familiarity with user behavior patterns in financial or high-frequency engagement products.
