Hiring | Global Learning Leader (ROI-Driven) | hashtag#Bangalore
We are looking for a hashtag#Global hashtag#LearningLeader to drive a business-impacting, hashtag#ROI-led learning strategy for a fast-scaling global hashtag#SaaS / hashtag#Product Technology organization.
This is NOT a traditional HR/L&D role — we are specifically seeking leaders who have built hashtag#learningecosystems directly tied to hashtag#revenue, hashtag#productadoption, hashtag#partnersuccess, and hashtag#measurable business outcomes.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
📌 18–27 years of experience in global learning / training roles
📌 Must come from SaaS / Product / Technology organizations
📌 Strong experience in hashtag#partnerenablement, hashtag#certification programs, or hashtag#product/technology training
📌 Proven track record of driving hashtag#ROI-led learning initiatives (revenue impact, product adoption, customer success metrics)
📌 Experience managing globally distributed teams (~15–25 members)
Exposure to global stakeholder management (US/EU/APAC)
📌 Experience building hashtag#partner hashtag#academies, certification frameworks, or hashtag#customer hashtag#enablement programs
