What we're looking for
· CA (preferred) or MBA Finance with 8–12 years of experience; NBFC, bank, or fintech background.
· Strongly preferred with hands-on experience with Ind AS 109 / ECL provisioning and IRACP-compliant NPA classification.
· Has built or redesigned a finance or accounting system.
· Has owned lender relationships directly — not just prepared reports for someone else to present
· Strong command of ALM, cost of funds analysis, and balance sheet management for a lending business
· Comfortable in a room with investors or lenders asking hard questions about PAR trends, provisioning philosophy, or capital adequacy
