Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Vice President - Facilities Operations. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations and management, develop strategies for preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You will also execute property management initiatives, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement technology-driven processes to elevate operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have minimum 12-15 years experience in Facility Management only.
- Qualification required is BE/B.Tech EEE with Computer Skills, Soft service knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel). checklist , MMR report , MIS report Preparation.
- Must have the Technical Knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, Swimming pool maintenance.
- Need an operations manager who can play a key part of a management team and oversees:
- high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures
- Should also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Must have 2 wheeler with licence.
- Should be located 10km in and around Vajrahalli off Kanakapura road.
