Role Description

FACE Prep is seeking a VP- Enterprise Relations to lead and manage strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will oversee high-impact projects, lead teams, and collaborate with stakeholders. Core responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, consulting with enterprise clients, and ensuring the completion of projects in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide teams and ensure delivery of objectives
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and Consulting to develop and execute business strategies effectively
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
• Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
