Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering team - backend, frontend, AI, DevOps, and QA, across the full product stack
• Own platform architecture decisions - cloud-native, multi-tenant, integration-heavy, and increasingly AI-powered
• Drive engineering delivery against ambitious roadmap commitments with full transparency and rigour
• Build a configurable, scalable platform that reduces operational dependency on engineering for routine tasks
• Embed AI meaningfully into both the product and the development workflow — not as experimentation but as production capability
• Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders to define scope, protect engineering focus, and translate technical trade-offs into business language
• Establish engineering culture, quality standards, and delivery practices that attract and retain strong talent

What We Are Looking For

• 10–12 years in software engineering with at least 3–4 years in engineering leadership, managing teams of 15+
• Strong track record in SaaS product companies, you understand multi-tenancy, configurability, and platform thinking
• Experience in PropTech, Real Estate Tech, or enterprise B2B SaaS is a strong advantage
• Hands-on background in modernising or evolving technology platforms, you have navigated complex system transitions and know the pitfalls
• Real-world AI application engineering, LLMs in production, AI-assisted development, operational AI features; not just prototypes
• Solid backend architecture fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, event-driven architecture, cloud-native (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• A decisive, clear communicator who is as comfortable in a system design review as in a leadership meeting
• Someone who builds trust fast, with their team, with peers, and with business stakeholders
