Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to join our General Insurance Broking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and in-depth knowledge of the insurance market.

BA / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Engineering or related field• 5
-10+ years of experience in sales within the General Insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (VP/DVP/AVP level).• S
trong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, claims process, and regulatory environment.• E
xcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• S
trategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• A
bility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
