Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related-field
- 7-10 years of experience in small business lending, underwriting, and credit risk
Core Competencies
- Background managing large teams to execute daily operations and process improvements
- Experience with overseeing credit risk functions, building credit models, and managing loan portfolios
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment with minimal oversight
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting financial data
Preferences
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and business concepts
- Background managing operational and tech projects; as PM, business owner, or SME
- Experience with reporting/analytics tools: Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, R, Salesforce, Excel Macros
- Demonstrated knowledge of LPL platform, products and services
