Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Vice President of New Business Development. The VP will lead efforts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, manage accounts, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, driving lead generation campaigns, and overseeing sales objectives. The role requires a strategic focus on achieving company growth while cultivating partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development for driving organizational growth
- Expertise in Account Management to foster relationships and ensure client retention
- Skilled in Lead Generation to identify and target potential opportunities effectively
- Strong Sales capabilities to negotiate and close deals to meet organizational objectives
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Experience in marketing, technology, or design-focused industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Native Russian Language proficiency is a must
- Should be based out of Goa, India.
