We are looking for a senior leader to own both client relationships and commercial growth across a key portfolio at dentsu creative. As the agency's senior client-facing face and internal orchestrator across creative, strategy, media, CXM, production, partnerships and more, you will be accountable for client retention, organic growth, new business, and account profitability. You will own CMO-level relationships as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker, lead annual planning and integrated communication roadmaps, and drive growth within existing accounts while spearheading new-business pitches. The role carries business ownership, including revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial negotiation. You will hold the quality bar across all deliverables and integrated touchpoints, and partner closely with cross functional teams to deliver business-impacting work. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in advertising or marketing with significant client-servicing and business leadership experience, a proven record of managing large integrated accounts and winning new business, strong commercial acumen with hands-on business ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and an integrated understanding spanning creative, digital, and media. Above all, you combine relationship depth with a sharp growth instinct.
