Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram, India, for a Vice President of Accounts & Finance. The VP of Accounts & Finance will lead financial planning, oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The individual will manage budgeting processes, implement cost-control measures, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial operations, and providing data-driven insights to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Must be reporting to the CEO or Board
- Must be a CA
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and creating comprehensive budgetary strategies
- Proficiency in handling Financial Statements and managing cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements
- Advanced knowledge of Finance principles and practices, including cost optimization and compliance management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and making strategic decisions
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including presenting actionable insights to senior leadership
- Exceptional leadership and team-management abilities
- Strong understanding of regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector is advantageous
