JD: VP - Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Financial Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals
Partner with CEO/Board to support strategic decision-making and growth plans
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation
Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory requirements
Supervise GST filings and manage audit processes (GST & statutory)
3.Treasury & Working Capital
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization
Optimize working capital (Receivables, Payables, Inventory)
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
4.Governance & Risk Management
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
