Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Account Management, based in Bengaluru. The VP will oversee and nurture client relationships, implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and drive account growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, leading team efforts to elevate client success, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and drive Customer Retention initiatives.
- Proficiency in Sales with a focus on achieving revenue growth and meeting organizational targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment; prior leadership in account or client management roles is highly desirable.
