Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, and hybrid for a Vice President – Sales & Marketing
completely equity and profit sharing model untill business gets matured ( 6months - 1 years) untill no fixed salary.

closely working with CXO & founders to build a business
potential candidate can be elevated to become a CXO in down the line based on the business brought in.
The VP will spearhead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Core responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering financial and market performance targets. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and represent the company at industry events to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Strong Account Management and Business Development skills to build relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Strategy development to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software product development, and cloud-based services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A track record of successfully leading sales initiatives in the technology sector is highly desirable.
