Now, we’re looking for someone who can take this story to millions — and make it convert.
The Role:
You will own the entire digital growth + brand engine at Univest. This is not a “campaign management” role.
This is about building a high-performance growth machine while shaping a strong, credible brand in the investing space.
What You’ll Own:
Performance Marketing
- Scale Meta, Google, YouTube with strong control on ROAS, CAC, LTV
- Manage and optimize high monthly spends with clear ROI accountability
- Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (ad → landing → app → revenue)
Content that Performs
- Lead content strategy that drives both engagement and conversion
- Ensure all content (ads, social, video, landing pages) is performance-led, not vanity-driven
- Turn complex financial concepts into simple, compelling narratives
Brand & Positioning
- Build Univest into a trusted, differentiated brand in stock market space
- Define clear messaging, tone, and positioning
- Ensure brand consistency across ads, content, and product communication
- Drive campaigns that balance trust + conversion (critical in fintech)
Creative Leadership
- Own the creative direction of ads & campaigns
- Build a high-output creative engine (hooks, scripts, visuals)
- Ensure creatives are optimized for CTR, CVR, and scale
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12 years in D2C / B2C digital marketing
- Proven track record of: 1.Scaling performance marketing (ROAS-driven) 2. Building or strengthening brand in a consumer business
- Deep hands-on expertise in: 1. Paid Ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) 2. Funnel optimization & growth strategy 3. Content that directly drives performance
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, and brand impact on conversion
- Has personally managed large budgets (not just led teams)
