Purpose
As Vice President – Global Product Marketing, Lending & Cards, you will drive the global positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for iGCB’s , Lending & Cards product portfolio. You’ll lead the development of a compelling product value proposition across geographies, craft integrated global campaigns, and enable sales with differentiated content and demand generation programs and own to Lead pipeline for both the businesses.
This role requires hands-on experience managing product marketing initiatives across India, GCC and pref across multiple global regions. The person should be experienced in working with senior stakeholders, industry analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Global Product Marketing for Lending and Cards.
- Define global product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies aligned to buyer personas and industry trends.
- Develop and execute global campaigns and launch plans, ensuring regional adaptation while maintaining consistent global narratives.
- Partner with Business Heads and Regional Marketing leaders to industrialize campaign topics and orchestrate integrated GTM motions.
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through events, webinars, content syndication, ABM campaigns, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with industry analysts and ecosystem partners to build thought leadership and increase global brand recognition.
- Create impactful global content assets: white papers, blogs, case studies, analyst briefings, joint PR and Media engagements with customers.
- Manage KPIs and ROI: track campaign performance, funnel metrics, marketing contribution to revenue and take full ownership on delivering leads as per the agreed mandate annually.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Required Skills & Abilities
- 15+ years in global product/field marketing roles within Banking / BankTech.
- Proven expertise in GTM strategy, product positioning, and global launches for advanced markets.
- Strong background in driving results from B2B demand generation and marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, LinkedIn, GA).
- Experience in digital transformation programs, analyst relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Track record of content marketing, creative development, and growth marketing to drive thought leadership and market differentiation.
- Business development mindset with ability to align marketing to revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Self-starter, technology-savvy, comfortable in fast-paced, global, cross-cultural environments.
- Open to travel as required.
