Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CFO / VP – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function. This role will be responsible for financial strategy, governance, compliance, and driving business performance in a high-growth, consumer-facing environment.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
MBA (Finance) may be considered
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strategic Financial Leadership
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to influence leadership decisions with financial insights
Proven track record in driving profitability and growth initiatives
- Accounting, Taxation & Compliance
Expertise in financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience with GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and audits
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
Experience managing banking relationships and financial planning
- Governance, Risk & Controls
Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management frameworks
Experience handling statutory and internal audits
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Tally)
Advanced Excel skills and financial data analysis
Experience with MIS reporting and dashboards
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Experience leading large finance teams
Strong stakeholder engagement (board, auditors, banks, investors)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to Have
Experience in large-scale or high-growth organizations (₹300 Cr+ turnover)
Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or M&A
Experience in IPO readiness or private equity environments
Strong background in FP&A and business partnering
Exposure to finance transformation initiatives
Familiarity with automation tools, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or RPA
Knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS standards
Experience in multi-location or international business environments

Define and implement financial strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Maintain compliance with all tax and statutory requirements
Oversee GST filings and audit processes
Treasury & Working Capital
Manage liquidity, cash flow, and fund utilization
Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory cycles
Maintain relationships with financial institutions
Governance & Risk Management
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
Ensure smooth execution of internal and statutory audits
Performance Monitoring & Insights
Drive data-driven decision-making through MIS and analytics
Provide actionable insights to improve business performance
