Job details:
· Identify Donor segments and establish a robust engagement approach to include all donor segments as part of Sevalaya’s growth.
· Establish and nurture everlasting relationships with Corporates, funding agencies, fund raising agencies and Individual donors
· Define and deploy strategy to identify new donors as well as to increase donations from existing donors
· Collaborate with the CSR heads in the corporates and present suitable project proposals aligning with their CSR approach
· Support the DR team in preparation of Proposals and contracts for CSR projects (Do we do projects with funding agencies / fund raising agencies too?)
· Collaborate with Operations team to review the progress of CSR projects and provide regular updates to the corporates ·
· Work with funding agencies and fund raising agencies to increase the income thru donations
· Guide and mentor the location DR representatives to meet with the individual donor communities and expand the donor base
· Provide periodic updates to all existing & potential donors and key stakeholders on the latest services and events of Sevalaya
· Keep abreast of the services offered by other NGOs and identify best practices and lessons learnt
· Guide and support the DR - Internal team to ensure the following:
o Sevalaya activities to gain adequate coverage in various print, visual and digital media
o Reporting of all CSR activities to various Corporates to be done on time with the right metrics
o Organization wise adoption of automated system called Go Digital. Identify new opportunities for automation
o Continuous update to the Organizational process documents
o Seva Craft to be transformed into a profitable venture, providing self sustaining revenue to Sevalaya.
· Support the DR team in coordinating with Operations, Accounts, Admin and HR to ensure that the DR activities are executed seamlessly
· Reach, and if possible, exceed the revenue target for every financial year across each donor segment

Experience
· Strong foundation in Sales and Marketing
· Rich experience in Customer / Donor relationship management
· Well versed in meeting and exceeding financial targets
· Exposure to Digital Marketing techniques
· Possess a strong network with the Corporate sector as well as with key people in the society
· Experience in using IT systems and software products
· Experience with NGOs is an added advantage
· Good network with media is an added advantage
