Manager, Compounding

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Manager, Compounding to join our team in New Albany, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compounding lab and managing a team of compounding technicians. Key responsibilities include: Supervise and train compounding technicians on proper compounding techniques and equipment operation. Develop and implement compounding standard operating procedures. Ensure compounding activities comply with all applicable regulations and quality standards. Evaluate and implement improvements to compounding processes. Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies. Collaborate with R&D and other departments to facilitate new product development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a compounding or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of compounding techniques, equipment, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis.
