Who We Are Seeking

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Front Office Assistant Manager to join our Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;

  • Experience in an Assistant Front Office Manager or Supervisor role
  • Experience with managing operational tasks like record-keeping, financial transactions, or office logistics.
  • Familiarity with front desk systems and software including Opera Cloud
  • Quick decision-making to tackle unexpected situations, such as overbookings or customer complaints.
  • Experience carrying out department inductions and on the job training for new team members

About the role

In this role you will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is maintained in all reception and front office operations, to supervise the front office team in their day-to-day operations and to act as an example in all guest interactions.

The Key Duties To Be Performed Are

  • Oversee training, development and performance management of team members in consultation with Front Office Manager
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards to assist the Front Office Manager
  • Maintain an open line of communication between the front desk, concierge and the housekeeping teams at all times to provide high level of customer service

Full Time Position Available| $34.13 per hour (plus superannuation)
