Product Director

Voyado is a fast-growing company containing two products, with the mission to deliver a best-of-breed solution that matches every customer's needs. Engage, a data-driven SaaS platform within Marketing Automation, CRM, and Loyalty. Elevate is intelligent software that maps, analyzes, and learns from the visitor's behavior in real time, which allows the e-tailer to present relevant products and offers, adapted to each individual.

About the role

As a Product Director at Voyado Engage, you will manage and be responsible for two of our four product areas. You will drive execution and optimize ways of working while coaching and enabling your team of six product managers. Drawing on your previous experience and best practices, you will help scale our product organization and represent the product areas in leadership forums and planning sessions.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Enable and empower your team, ensuring the team maintains a high competency in product management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful and measurable product delivery
• Be involved in transforming the product management organisation, making sure we can scale efficiently in an international environment
• Represent your domain in leadership forums!

So, who are you?

You likely bring 5–7 years of experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment. You’re well-versed in product management best practices and have experience leading others within a product development organization. You’re results-driven, business-oriented, and have a strategic mindset, which has enabled you to drive meaningful change.

Since our corporate language is English, you have excellent communication skills in English, and Swedish is meritorious.
