| Role Summary |
The role is designed for a Business Analyst who will provide strategic and execution leadership across Workplace Solutions initiatives, with a focus on Employee Benefits (Health) and Retirement Services. The role requires deep domain expertise, strong data and process orientation, and the ability to drive complex solutions from concept through delivery. The individual will own business problem definition, requirements strategy, and solution alignment, working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and operations stakeholders across geographies. |
| Key Roles & Responsibilities |
• Function as a business partner and product owner for Workplace Solutions initiatives, owning problem definition, solution vision, and value realization. • Serve as the voice of the business and end customer, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes, regulatory considerations, and operational efficiency. • Define and maintain a clear future-state vision, product roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned to Workplace Solutions strategy. Requirements & Solution Leadership • Lead end-to-end requirements strategy, including functional, non-functional, technical, and data requirements. • Translate complex business needs into well-defined user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams. • Drive solution design discussions, ensuring requirements are collectively exhaustive, concise, and scalable. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions, balancing speed, risk, and long-term maintainability. Data, Process & Analytics • Lead data-driven analysis to support business decision-making, reporting, and insights across Employee Benefits and Retirement domains. • Contribute to future-state process design, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational optimization. • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure high-quality data, clear definitions, and traceability from source to consumption. Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk. • Work effectively in a global delivery model, collaborating with teams across India and the U.S. • Support Agile delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and testing activities. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business intent through validation, testing support, and post-implementation feedback. |
