About the role

The Manager, Customer Experience is responsible for owning the customer experience for our products and services, ensuring we are delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds customer expectations. This role will develop, implement and manage customer experience strategies, programs and initiatives that drive customer loyalty, satisfaction and advocacy. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and lead the overall customer experience strategy for our products and services• Manage and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve the experience• Lead a team of customer experience professionals responsible for driving customer success, reducing churn and increasing retention• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a consistent, integrated and cohesive customer experience• Implement customer feedback loops and analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement• Own key customer experience metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to shape how we engage with customers and prospects• Stay up to date on customer experience best practices and emerging trends to elevate our customer experience• Promote a customer-centric culture across the organization
