About Rotary Bangalore South Parade
Rotary Bangalore South Parade is a service-driven Rotary club in Bengaluru, committed to the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.” RBSP brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, senior leaders, and socially committed individuals who work on meaningful community initiatives in areas such as healthcare, education, environment, livelihoods, and youth development. Role Overview
RBSP is inviting students to volunteer for a Digital Marketing Position to support the club’s online presence and public image activities. This is not a paid job. It is a learning-oriented, home-based volunteer opportunity where students can contribute their digital skills to promote community service, social impact, and Rotary values.
The volunteer will work remotely and assist with digital marketing tasks such as social media content, posters, captions, campaign ideas, basic video/reel concepts, event promotion, and documentation of RBSP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The student volunteer may support RBSP with:
- Creating social media posts, captions, and basic campaign content
- Designing simple posters, banners, and event creatives
- Helping promote RBSP service projects and club activities online
- Assisting with content calendars and digital campaign planning
- Supporting basic video/reel ideas for community impact stories
- Coordinating with the RBSP team for approvals and content direction
- Maintaining a professional and respectful tone in all communication
- Highlighting Rotary’s values, service projects, and community impact
Work Mode
This is a completely online, work-from-home volunteer role. Students can contribute remotely while managing their studies. Most coordination will happen online through calls, messages, or shared documents.
Club Assembly & Networking Opportunity
As part of this volunteer role, selected students may be invited to attend a Club Assembly meeting of Rotary Bangalore South Parade. This will give students an opportunity to observe how a professional service organisation functions, understand Rotary’s structured approach, and interact with experienced Rotarians.
The best way to truly understand RBSP is to attend a meeting as a guest and experience the culture first-hand.
