Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for Volunteer Listeners for Wellness. As a Volunteer Listener, you will provide empathetic and supportive communication to individuals seeking guidance on health and mindfulness. You will actively engage with participants to understand their concerns, share wellness-related insights, and offer a compassionate ear. Your role will also involve collaborating with the team to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Passion for health, wellness, and understanding of exercise physiology concepts
- Experience in customer service or similar roles focused on client support and satisfaction
- Compassion, active listening abilities, and a non-judgmental attitude
- Interest or experience in yoga, meditation, or wellness practices is a plus
