We’re seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Research Analyst to join our Asset Management team. This role is central to generating differentiated investment insights and supporting portfolio construction through rigorous research and data-driven analysis. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers and senior investment professionals in a performance-driven, research-intensive environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive research on companies, sectors, and macroeconomic trends to inform investment strategies.
Analyze financial statements, earnings releases, and key operating metrics.
Build and maintain financial models, including valuation and scenario analysis.
Develop high-quality investment research reports and present actionable recommendations.
Monitor portfolio holdings and evaluate performance against benchmarks and investment theses.
Identify new investment opportunities through market screening and thematic research.
Support due diligence efforts and contribute to investment decision-making processes.
Continuously track market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
✅ Requirements
Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and valuation methodologies.
Experience in asset management, equity research, or investment analysis is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; financial modeling skills are highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or progress toward it is a plus).
