We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and leadership-focused Organizational Growth & Executive Strategy Consultant to help organizations strengthen business performance, improve organizational effectiveness, and make informed executive-level decisions. This role will work closely with senior leadership, management teams, and key stakeholders to develop growth strategies, optimize organizational capabilities, and drive sustainable business transformation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement organizational growth strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Work closely with executives and senior management to identify strategic priorities, business challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct organizational, market, competitor, and business performance analysis.
• Evaluate business models, organizational structures, operational processes, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business plans, transformation roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
• Provide executive-level insights to support strategic planning and high-impact decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, market expansion, and organizational performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, performance frameworks, management dashboards, and strategic measurement systems.
• Support organizational transformation, change management, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, resource allocation, leadership alignment, and strategic priorities.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends, risks, competitive threats, and new opportunities.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, strategic reports, and investment recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, executive workshops, and business performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic plans and recommend adjustments based on business performance and changing market conditions.
• Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, clients, and strategic partners.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, organizational development, executive advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of organizational growth, corporate strategy, business transformation, and performance management.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, leadership teams, or corporate clients.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of business performance drivers, organizational effectiveness, and growth strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, actionable recommendations.
• Experience with strategic planning, organizational transformation, change management, or performance optimization is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and strategic planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex strategic concepts clearly.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA or professional certification in Strategy, Management Consulting, Leadership, or Project Management is an advantage.
