Desired Skills:
1. Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN
2. Very good knowledge on SIP / SDP protocol / RTP / SRTP / TLS protocols
3. Experience in OpenSIPS or Kamailio
4. Experience in Freeswitch, Asterisk
5. Experience in MySQL, MongoDB
6. Experience with C / C++ programming language
7. Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (PBXs)
8. Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques
9. Review work of resources
10. Good in Written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Inter-process communication, API design, message queues
2. Experience in building any of softPBX, Voicemail, ACD, IVRS these applications
3. Experience in any of the programming languages like Python, PHP, Javascript, Java
4. Knowledge of Linux / server administration
5. Experience in Linux and Linux commands line tools
6. Knowledge of WebRTC, Firewall, Security
8. Tools cmake, git
