About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to craft intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with project managers for existing and upcoming projects, understand requirements and prepare wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma,
Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools as per modern design practices.
Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user flows.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Maintain and improve design consistency, UI guidelines, and design systems.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility.
Experience with responsive and interactive design.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
