Senior Producer

Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about games and dedicated to creating top-tier experiences. We're seeking a Senior Producer to join us remotely and play a pivotal role in bringing our projects to the next level. Our goal is simple: to establish Ready or Not as the quintessential FPS of our time. As our Senior Producer you will drive production efforts from inception to launch, ensuring that all aspects of development remain on schedule, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, programmers, and sound engineers, to maintain efficient workflows and clear communication throughout the entire production process. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Partnering closely with the leadership team to define the game's vision, scope, and key objectives, ensuring they are effectively communicated across all disciplines. Owning and maintaining meticulous production schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution. Managing short-term and long-term production roadmaps in collaboration with department leads. Identifying and mitigating potential risks early in the process, devising proactive solutions to keep the project on track. Overseeing project pipelines and development workflows to improve efficiency and maintain clear cross-team coordination. Conducting regular check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, progress updates, and feedback loops. Working closely with the Lead Producer, department heads, and external partners to ensure project goals are met within budget constraints. Driving continuous process improvements, refining project management methodologies, and ensuring the highest production standards. Championing an environment of accountability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
