Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Voice Trainer and Quality Analyst to join our team. This role will combine responsibilities in training new and existing employees while also assessing and improving the quality of processes and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for development, and the ability to evaluate and optimize work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Training Programs: Design, implement, and update training programs tailored to the organization's needs. This includes onboarding new hires and providing continuous learning opportunities for current employees.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person or virtual) to ensure employees understand processes, software, compliance standards, and soft skills.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, quizzes, performance metrics, and surveys to make continuous improvements.
- Product Neutrality: Deliver unbiased, data-driven recommendations that prioritize wealth preservation and long-term appreciation over short-term gains.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the research and compliance teams to ensure all advice aligns with current SEBI regulations and market outlooks.
Quality Analyst Responsibilities
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly review employee performance through call monitoring, system audits, and adherence to quality standards.Identify areas for improvement and offer actionable recommendations.
- Identify Quality Gaps: Assess work processes and identify potential areas where quality can be improved. Collaborate with management to implement solutions.
- Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform regular audits on work outputs, including calls, emails, and transactions, to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide structured, clear, and actionable feedback to employees, delivering reports on performance trends, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training or quality analyst role, preferably within a customer service, call center, or similar environment.
- Proven experience in developing training programs and conducting training sessions.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and metrics.
