Role Description
As a Voice Team Lead at iSON Xperiences, you will oversee and manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring exemplary customer service and adherence to performance metrics. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Korba with core duties focused on driving team efficiency, handling escalated customer issues, and collaborating across departments to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, motivation, and mentoring
- Experience in customer service operations and client engagement
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, reporting, and goal-setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and their application in customer interactions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in leading voice or customer support teams is highly desirable
