About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Telecaller and Customer Service Executive for a full-time work-from-home opportunity. This is a voice process role ideal for candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, inbound/outbound calling, BPO, or call center operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing follow-ups, and supporting leads through voice and WhatsApp communication.
- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries over calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate customer notes, call logs, and CRM details
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
- Meet daily calling targets and customer communication KPIs
- Deliver a professional, polite, and friendly customer experience
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to perform consistently in a remote setup.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (clear pronunciation, neutral accent preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, customer support, voice process, BPO, or call center roles preferred
- Confident, extroverted, and energetic personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers on calls for long hours
- Comfortable being on video camera throughout the shift
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
- Working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone
- Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
