Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Voice Process role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Executive (CSE) or Senior Customer Service Executive (Sr. CSE). Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of service quality, providing training to new team members as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires adherence to night shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Experience in Training and guiding team members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Adaptability to work night shifts in an on-site environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in voice process roles or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is required.
