Role Description
This is an internship role for the position of Voice Process, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment. The intern will engage in daily tasks such as handling customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. Additional responsibilities may include training support and participation in continuous business process improvements. This is an on-site role based in Mambalam.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interactions with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement to identify and implement efficient operational strategies.
- Ability to provide Training and support to ensure consistent service quality standards.

- Previous experience in similar roles or industries is a plus but not mandatory.
