Key Requirements:
Conversational and fluent English communication skills, as the role involves handling a high volume of patient phone calls.
Strong knowledge of Medical Billing and Insurance Benefit Verification.
Experience verifying patient insurance eligibility, coverage, co-pay, deductibles, and authorization details before appointments.
Ability to coordinate with insurance providers and patients regarding billing-related queries.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.
Good documentation and data entry skills.
