Salary:
Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000
Experienced: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience
- Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow company process and quality standards
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Handle domestic and international customer support process
