Key requirements for OM:-
- Experienced in working with international outsourcing companies and global clients.
- Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management processes, Deal Management, end to end OM
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates should not be from logistics or warehouse backgrounds.
Key requirements for QA:-
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for LinkedIn’s B2B business
- convert P.O to Sales order. - Sales order creation
- Process Management: Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
- Experience of working in a Order Management, Quote to Cash- S&F BPO industry
- Good command over MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
