Qualifications
- Strong networking foundation, with skills in Networking and Voice over IP (VoIP).
- Hands-on experience with Telephony systems and IVR platforms.
- Hand-on experience on DGVOX
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex voice and network issues.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA Collaboration/Voice and CCNP Collaboration/Voice or equivalent.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions or similar voice technologies.
- Knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, and related voice protocols and standards.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- CCNP Voice
- CCNA Voice
