About Position
We are looking for a Conversational AI / Voice Architect (GCP CCAI) to design and build intelligent customer engagement solutions using Google Cloud. The role involves developing AI-powered voice and chatbots integrated with contact center platforms, telephony systems, and enterprise applications.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational applications using Dialogflow CX & ES
- Implement solutions on Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights
- Integrate bots with IVR systems, SIP/VoIP, and contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, etc.)
- Build backend integrations using APIs, Webhooks, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run
- Design conversation flows, IVR journeys, and VUI experiences
- Optimize intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversation performance
- Monitor and analyze bot performance using BigQuery, Looker, and analytics tools
Expertise You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong expertise in:
- Dialogflow CX & ES
- CCAI Platform (Agent Assist, CCAI Insights)
- Experience with IVR / Telephony / SIP / VoIP integrations
- Strong understanding of Conversational AI, NLP, and NLU concepts
- Experience in Python, REST APIs, Webhooks
- Hands-on with Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
- Knowledge of conversation design, IVR design, and VUI best practices
- Experience with BigQuery, Looker, and monitoring tools
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with stakeholders
- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field
