Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Voice and Chat Process role based in Bhopal. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and chat channels, providing support for client queries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with team members to improve processes, and adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in verbal and written English
- Experience in customer support and handling voice and chat processes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and multitasking between systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required
- Prior experience in BPO or KPO processes is an advantage but not mandatory
- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent qualification
