Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Voice Analyst for a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing voice processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing actionable feedback to enhance customer interactions. You will handle performance evaluations, identify training needs, and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports and participate in quality enhancement initiatives to ensure that all voice-related operations meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in voice process evaluation, call quality monitoring, and customer interaction analysis
- Strong communication and listening skills to provide constructive feedback and performance enhancement advice
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and trend identification for process optimization
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to cross-functional quality improvement projects
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail in handling operational challenges
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in a similar role within the customer service, BPO, or telecom sector is a plus
