Job Title: Voice AI Ops Associate
Location: Remote (Work From Home) | Optional On-site – Gurugram, Sector 62

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Voice AI Ops Associates to support voice data operations for AI systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent language proficiency, a clear speaking voice, and strong communication skills. This role is primarily remote, but candidates willing to work from our Gurugram (Sector 62) office may receive additional compensation based on attendance and operational requirements.
Languages Required
Candidates must be fluent in at least one or more of the following languages:
- Hindi & English
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Gujarati
- Marathi
- Kannada
Candidates should have native fluency with correct pronunciation and natural speaking ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality voice samples in the assigned language(s) for AI training datasets
- Read scripts and dialogues naturally and accurately
- Participate in speech data collection and voice recording tasks
- Follow recording and quality guidelines provided by the operations team
- Perform voice testing for conversational AI systems and voice agents
- Assist with speech annotation, labelling, or validation tasks when required
- Maintain consistency and clarity in speech recordings
- Ensure timely completion of assigned voice tasks
Voice & Speech Quality Requirements
- Clear, confident, and articulate voice
- Natural tone with good pronunciation and clarity
- No background noise during recordings
- No fumbling, stammering, or frequent pauses while speaking
- Comfortable reading scripts naturally and smoothly
- Consistent speaking pace and vocal clarity
- Ability to replicate tone, pronunciation, and conversational style where required
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent language proficiency in one or more required languages
- Ability to follow scripts and recording guidelines accurately
- Good listening and comprehension abilities
- High attention to detail in speech quality and pronunciation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements
- Quiet environment suitable for voice recording
- Good-quality microphone or headset
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer for task management and recordings
Work Setup
- This role is primarily remote (Work From Home)
- Candidates who prefer working from our Gurugram Sector 62 office are welcome
- Additional compensation or allowances may be provided for on-site participation
