About the role

Transition PMO is accountable for transition team quality and KPIs governance, calculate and report team utilization, update and maintain team different templates, act as assistant in complex and large transition projects and provides innovative ideas for process enhancements and automation Key Accountabilities Perform internal quality audit, following transition guidelines and generate periodic quality reports. Handling financial and resource management interaction within OPC. Provide project support through handling simple projects and maintain the required support for the assigned transition project managers. Generate and develop innovative ideas: o Process optimization. o Efficiency for the regular BAU tasks. o Automation ideas. Regular follow-up and development on the As-IS KPIs. Analyze the current team performance and generate performance reports. Create and manage TSSE transition projects dashboard Manage and create transition team reports. Shadowing with the transition project managers in their day-to-day project activities.
