About the role

Your day to day: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for Internal Hiring, you will be responsible for driving and managing end-to-end internal recruitment for Romania, while supporting broader efforts across Eastern Europe (Hungary & Albania). You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an efficient, candidate-focused hiring experience that promotes internal mobility, employer branding, and alignment with global recruitment strategies. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Take full ownership of internal hiring across Romania and support regional needs in Hungary and Albania. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering consulting and market insights to guide hiring decisions. Lead intake meetings to align on role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions that reflect business needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—screening, assessing, interviewing, and offer negotiation—ensuring transparency and fairness throughout. Maintain high standards of candidate experience, gathering feedback and communicating updates clearly within SLA timelines. Ensure accurate candidate tracking and data integrity using internal ATS (SuccessFactors) and other recruitment tools. Promote internal job opportunities through IJP campaigns, mailers, and floor walks; organize IJP kiosks to boost visibility and participation. Collaborate cross-functionally with External TABPs, HR, and Operations teams to deliver seamless hiring execution. Handle candidate and hiring manager escalations with a solution-focused approach, maintaining strong relationships and service quality. Track and report on recruitment metrics like Time-to-Fill, Conversion Ratios, and Candidate NPS, providing insights for continuous improvement. Support Talent Acquisition strategy rollouts, contribute to job fairs and events, and align with new TA models and global standards. Step in to support the team during peak periods, handling operational recruitment tasks as needed to ensure business continuity. With these skills you are a great candidate: Background in the staffing industry or corporate Talent Acquisition preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, Global CoE, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. Proven ability to execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies, including employer branding, candidate management, and interview process optimization. Full-cycle recruitment expertise with a passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Proficiency with ATS (SuccessFactors), Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and AI-driven recruitment tools. Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset. Creative approach to promoting internal mobility through campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
